Meet The Bench puts a face on the ticket: two profile cards, Rui and Ana, each with a bio, a specialty, and a signed repair count, so the name that answers your email is a person and not a department. No outsourcing, no rotating cast, the same hands the whole way through.
Menders are one array, avatar art, role, bio, and three stat rows apiece. The closer ties it back to the work, the card in every returned bag is signed by whoever fixed it, with a line on what they found.
Reach for this block on the repairs page once the customer trusts the process and wants to know who is holding the bag, near the queue status or the brand story.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Tip: the signed repair count on each card does the convincing, a number attached to a name reads as pride, not a stat.
