Walk In Hours Card states the rule plainly: no appointment, the queue is a bench, sit on it. A two column split pairs the address and hours on the left with two ruled lists on the right: what the bench fixes while you wait (sliders, buttons, simple stitching, about 20 minutes) and what gets a ticket instead (full zipper replacement, liner work, rebuilds). The wax smell is mentioned as free.
Two arrays drive the lists, whileYouWait and getsATicket. The ticket footnote rewards the walker who opens a ticket on site: no postage because they have already done the shipping by sitting there.
