Ask Before You Buy runs five questions from the inbox as an accordion, first item open, answered the way the team answers email. The underseat question quietly picks a size for you, "if underseat is a hard requirement, you just picked your size." The waterproof answer refuses the easy yes, "drop it in a lake and the lake wins." The wash question says "please do not," and the restock question kills the wait outright, "a third color is not coming." Where the honest answer costs the sale, it stays printed.
Questions are one array of a question and answer, rendered with the shadcn Accordion in single collapsible mode with the first item defaulted open. A footer promises a human reply within one business day, usually from the bench.
Reach for this block late on a buying guide or product page, after the which size to buy comparison, or as a focused FAQ before checkout. The answers must match the real inbox replies or the "answered the way we answer email" promise rings false.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

One strong use is the five pre purchase questions. Other accordion editions:
Tip: keeping the answers that cost the sale is the whole point; "where the honest answer costs us the sale, it stays printed" is the line that earns the next order.
