First Product Story is the biography of catalog item 001, the oldest product still on sale, shown beside every dated revision it has survived and the failure that forced each one. A placeholder image anchors the left, a divided list of year, change, and note rows carries the right. The lede states the frame, the first bag we made is still the first bag on the shelf.
Revisions are one array of year, change, and note. The failures are the content, a redesign history without the reasons is just a changelog.
