About this block

First Delivery Timeline lays the opening ninety days of a subscription out step by step, from the single first charge through the tracked ship, the reminder email seven days out, and the exact moment of the second charge, so no part of the renewal arrives as a surprise. Day 83 is the whole system, the plain reminder with skip and cancel links that work without a login.

Numbered markers walk left to right, one array of steps. The closing line makes the promise costly, if the reminder email ever fails to send that renewal is free, which is why buyers trust the schedule above it.

When to use

Reach for this block on the subscription landing page before the overview, wherever a second charge would otherwise feel hidden. It answers the single biggest subscription fear, the surprise renewal, by printing the whole schedule in advance.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

What you can display

One strong use is the four step first cycle. Other timelines:

• Trial to paid. The free window and the day the first real charge lands.
• Annual plan cadence. Twelve months mapped as four quarterly touchpoints.
• Gift subscription start. The recipient's first box and when billing transfers.

Tip: putting the reminder email at the center of the timeline, not the sale, is what makes the second charge feel agreed rather than sprung.
