About this block

Pause Or Skip Controls compares the three off switches by situation, the $0 skip for a full shelf, the dated pause with its courtesy email the week before resuming, and cancel described without flinching, done with it, no hard feelings, restarting keeps your old price. The footnote removes the exit toll, no survey follows any of these.

A client block, selection drives the button label. Sizing the off switches by situation stops people from cancelling when they meant to skip.

When to use

Reach for this block linked from the management panel or delivery emails. The price kept on restart must be honored by billing, it is the line cancellers remember.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Manage subscription panel

After

• Subscription FAQ

What you can display

One strong use is the three switch picker. Other controls:

• Holiday mode. The whole account paused, orders and emails both.
• Swap product. Pausing the wax but starting the balm, the sideways move.
• Gift the delivery. Redirecting one delivery to another address instead of skipping.

Tip: the reply address on every email is a person collects cancellation reasons better than any exit survey, volunteered feedback is the only honest kind.
