About this block

Gift a Subscription Card offers a year of Proofing Wax as a gift with two delivery options inside a ruled list: by email, landing the morning you pick, or by letterpress card posted to you to hand over, allow 4 days. The centerpiece is the no auto renew rule in its own inset panel: a gifted subscription never auto renews, when the last tin ships the recipient is emailed once and only they can choose to continue, on their own card, at the same price. Gifts do not become subscriptions by inertia. The button labels the full year price, $66.24, and the footnote states four tins at the subscriber price with no gift markup, charged once, never again.

Delivery options are one array of two. The no auto renew panel is the block as a whole: the inertia line states the thing most subscription gift products hide.

When to use

Reach for this block on the gifts page or a gifting campaign landing, adjacent to the subscribe and save overview. The no auto renew rule must match the real billing behaviour or the centerpiece becomes a liability.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

What you can display

One strong use is the year of wax with the inertia rule. Other gift subscription cards:

• Coffee subscription gift. Roast picker at redemption, the same no auto renew centerpiece.
• Repair plan gift. A year of covered repairs, the no renewal rule applied to a service plan.
• Replenishment gift. Six month product refill, the cadence chosen at redemption.

Tip: gifts do not become subscriptions by inertia answers the one question that stops gift subscription purchases; state it as the centerpiece, not the footer.
