Care Dos and Donts sets two panels side by side, an Always column of five habits and a Never column of five mistakes, each line carrying one plain reason. The footer closes it honestly: every item on the never list arrived at the bench at least once last year, and the wash cycle arrived twice from the same household.
The two columns are separate arrays mapped into divided panels, one topped by a Check and one by an X. The honest footer is the design move that keeps the never list from reading like scare copy.
Reach for this block on the care center page after the material routines, where a fast scan of do and do not settles most of the questions before they ever reach support.

Tip: a never list that admits how often each mistake actually happens reads as advice, not marketing; the empty boast is the line buyers stop trusting first.
