About this block

Care by Material Tabs gives each material its own three step routine in numbered ruled rows, an honest frequency line, and the one product it uses with its price. The brass tab earns its place with a permission: “Brass is supposed to darken. Polish only if you disagree with it.” The canvas tab names October as the natural slot. Tabs keep each routine isolated so the canvas buyer never reads the leather instructions.

Materials are one array. The tab set is client controlled via useState; parallel tab height comes from identical structure across all three panels.

When to use

Reach for this block on the product care page as the main routine reference, placed after the overview and before the stain first aid guide. It works on product pages for any bag with mixed materials.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Product overview

After

• Stain first aid guide
• Care kit picker

What you can display

One strong use is the three material routine set. Other tab configurations:

• Two material. Canvas and leather only, for bags with no exposed brass.
• Synthetic tab. A nylon or ripstop panel alongside the natural materials.
• Footwear edition. Sole, upper, and lace routines in the same pattern.

Tip: “The leather does not want more than that” is the kind of line that builds trust, advising restraint when the sale would benefit from the opposite advice.
