Support Conversations List gives every question you have asked its own row, the subject up top, the last reply with who wrote it, and a status badge that says whose turn it is, waiting on you, waiting on us, or resolved. A resolved row reopens with one click, no new ticket and no lost thread.
Conversations are one array. A start a conversation banner sits above the list, and the footer states the reply time promise, a median first reply and the hours a human is answering.
Reach for this block as the messages tab of the account area. Named people and no ticket numbers is the position, so support reads as a conversation someone owns rather than a queue nobody does.
