Gift Cards Panel puts cards you hold and cards you sent on one page. Held cards render as balance cards with a masked code and no expiry, the amount applied automatically at checkout. A redeem row handles paper cards and codes from an email, and the cards you sent track as rows with a delivery status, opened, delivered, or scheduled.
Held cards are one array, sent cards a second. The footer states the contract, an unopened card can be cancelled and refunded in full any time, and no reminder emails chase your recipient.
Reach for this block in the gift cards tab of the account area. Held and sent on one page is the design position, so a customer never wonders where a card they were given, or one they sent, has gone.
