Invoices Documents Panel lists every invoice, credit note, and a yearly statement as download rows, with the billing details that print on future invoices kept editable in a card below. The lede sets the tone, every piece of paper your accountant could ask for ready before they ask, and refunds get their own credit note instead of a mystery minus on the invoice.
Documents are one array, each row a download button beside its meta. The billing details card notes that older invoices regenerate with the current details, which is the clause that saves a customer from a support ticket at tax time.
Reach for this block as the documents tab of the account area, strongest for stores selling to businesses where every order becomes an expense line. Download links that never expire and documents that regenerate on demand turn accounts into a paper trail nobody has to email support for.
