Alternative Format Documents offers order paperwork in four formats laid out as a two by two card grid: large print at 18 point, grade 2 braille, a person read audio recording, and tagged digital text as the default for everyone. Each card carries a turnaround badge, a paragraph on how the copy is produced, and a ruled meta line on how it arrives.
The formats array drives the grid. A strip below explains that a shopper sets the format once under Account, then Documents, and every future receipt, invoice, and warranty card arrives that way without asking again, with a reply to any order email covering one off requests.
