Growth Matrix plots areas of responsibility as table rows and four career levels as columns. Each cell holds a filled, faded, or empty dot marking what was owned, contributed to, or not yet in reach at that stage, so a reader can trace how scope widened from junior to lead across six responsibilities at once.
Levels and area rows are two const arrays, and a small OwnershipDot component maps each state to a dot size and fill. A legend under the table decodes the three marks. The matrix form is the distinctive part: it shows progression as a shape rather than restating it in prose for every level.
Reach for this block on a resume page or an about page where the point is growth over time, not a single role. The installer swaps the responsibilities and levels for their own and sets each cell to owned, contributed, or not yet in scope.
A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

One strong use is the scope progression from junior to lead. Other matrix shapes:
Tip: reserve the filled dot for real ownership so the matrix reads as honest rather than aspirational.
