Experience Accordion renders a full work history as ruled accordion rows. Each row shows the company, title, and year range, and opens to a first person summary, a short list of the work worth naming, and a plain note on why the move happened. The current role sits open by default so the freshest chapter reads first.
Roles are one const array driving the shadcn Accordion in single collapsible mode. Every open item splits into two columns: the narrative and departure note on one side, the highlights list on the other. The honest note field is the load bearing part, since it answers the question a resume never does.
Reach for this block on an about page or a resume page where a visitor wants the whole history but only the detail on the roles they care about. The installer swaps every company for their own and rewrites each note around the real reason each move happened.

Tip: keep the honest note real, since a candid line on why you left earns more trust than a highlight.
