Session Formats is a four-card block showing the ways a coaching conversation can actually run: a live video session of 60 or 90 minutes, an async written review with a reply inside three working days, a voice note exchange with same week turnaround, and a full in person working day. Each card carries an icon, a meta line, a plain description of how the format runs, and a short best-when list so visitors can recognise their own situation. Below the grid a three-cell strip gives the choosing rules, start with video, match the material, mix freely, and a closing row pairs a reassurance line with the single booking action.
Formats live in one const array with icon, meta, description, and best-when items, so adding a fifth format is one object. The choosing rules are a separate array rendered as a ruled three-cell strip.
Reach for this block on a coaching page between the offerings menu and the booking block, when the coach works in more than one medium and visitors keep asking which one to pick. The installer swaps the formats, the turnaround times, and the choosing rules to match how they really work.

Tip: the best-when lists do the real selling, they let visitors recognise themselves in a line rather than compare features across cards.
