Session Anatomy removes the mystery of what a single hour actually contains. A four segment ruled list breaks the sixty minutes into arrive and reset, work the one real problem, pressure test the options, and commit and close, each with a fixed-width minute range in tabular-nums. Beside it, two card panels cover what the client sends the day before and what arrives afterwards, with a closing note that the spine is fixed but the pace is not.
Segments, before items, and after items each live in their own array, so retiming the hour or changing the handoffs is edits to a list rather than markup. The two panels reuse the same card shell with an icon badge, and the layout collapses from a two column grid to a single stack on small screens.
Reach for this block on a coaching page after the offerings menu, when a prospective client wants to picture the actual hour before they book it. The installer swaps the four segments, the two handoff lists, and the turnaround times to match how their own sessions run.

Tip: naming what the client sends beforehand sets the expectation early, the prep list on the page becomes the prep list in their inbox.
