Coaching Principles pairs a short intro with five numbered ground rules for how sessions are run: you set the agenda, advice comes labeled, honesty over comfort, progress over dependence, and everything stays in the room. Each rule carries a numbered chip, a title, and a plain paragraph on what it means in practice. Beside the intro sits a note on where the rules came from and a three-fact track record panel showing the coaching start year, the sessions held, and how many rules have been retired so far.
Principles live in one typed array so every rule shares the same chip, title, and detail keys. The track record is a separate array rendered as a ruled definition list with tabular-nums figures, and the origin note is a single ruled panel that frames the rules as earned rather than declared.
Reach for this block on a coaching page above the booking block, when a prospective mentee wants to know what working together actually feels like before they commit. The installer swaps the five rules, the origin note, and the three track record figures to match how they really coach.

Tip: the origin note earns the rules, framing each one as a lesson learned rather than a policy imposed makes the list read as honest instead of rigid.
