Then And Now About tells career growth as changed minds rather than dated milestones: four topics where a decade of practice replaced an early belief. Feedback moved from defending finished work to sharing rough drafts early. Saying no moved from taking everything to declining more than I accept. Craft and tools follow the same shape, each row pairing what this person thought at the start with what they think today. The heading dates the shift, ten years on from freelancing that began in 2016.
The four comparisons are one const array of topic, then, and now rendered as a ruled three-column list, the label in a narrow first column and the two beliefs side by side. Pairing then against now is the distinctive choice: it shows growth without a single timeline entry.
Reach for this block as the story portion of an about page for a practitioner with enough years behind them to have changed their mind in public. The installer swaps the four topics and both beliefs for the shifts that actually shaped their practice.

Tip: the now column should cost the then column something; a change of mind with no tradeoff reads like a timeline bullet dressed up as reflection.
