What I Do About describes a practice by what is done rather than by job title, three bg-card ring-1 cards each naming a discipline and explaining the approach in concrete terms: Product design, Design systems, and Prototyping and research. The design systems card is the sharpest: I write the documentation and the decision log, not just the token file, so the system survives after I leave. The lede makes the framing explicit: each one is a practice, not a deliverable.
Capabilities are one array of three objects rendered as a three-column grid of cards. Describing the approach in each card rather than listing output types is what separates this block from a plain services list.
Reach for this block as an about or services section on a personal portfolio. The installer replaces the three disciplines and descriptions with the areas they actually work in, keeping the approach-not-deliverable framing.

Tip: the approach sentence does the selling; what you believe about the discipline is more memorable than a list of tools or output formats.
