Known Issues List puts the bugs you are already on in front of the visitor about to file the sixth ticket for one of them. Each open issue is a ruled row with a status badge, the affected area and its open date, and a workaround link where one exists. Seeing that a fix is scheduled is often all it takes to close the tab.
Issues are one array, written from real ticket patterns. The line beneath sends resolved items to the changelog, so the list stays short and current instead of turning into a graveyard.
Reach for this block on a help center or status page during a rough patch, when a handful of known bugs are driving most of your inbound. It also pairs with a status band, catching the disruptions an uptime bar cannot spell out.
