Single Column Prose is a narrow centered FAQ section. A heading and a one-line subheading sit at the top, followed by a definition list of question and answer pairs. Each pair occupies its own row, divided from the next by a hairline rule. Questions are set in semibold and answers in a muted, readable weight with generous line spacing. The whole column is constrained to a readable measure so answers can run long without feeling dense.
The heading, subheading, and every question and answer are independent copy. The list of pairs is a plain array, so you can add, remove, or reorder items without touching the surrounding layout.
Reach for this block when your answers genuinely need a sentence or two to be useful. It suits a studio or agency FAQ page where clients ask nuanced process questions about timelines, ownership, revisions, or pricing, and a terse accordion label would not carry enough weight. It reads better than a grid or card layout when the answers vary in length, because the hairline dividers keep the column calm regardless of how long any single answer runs.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

This layout works best when answers deserve room to breathe. A few ways to fill it:
Tip: five to seven pairs is a comfortable length. Fewer feels sparse; more pushes readers to scroll past the point of patience.
