Faq With Contact Card pairs the accordion with a human. The left column is a standard single open accordion of five questions. The right column is a bordered card with a team avatar, a short pitch for asking directly, a reply time line, and a full width button. The card stays at its natural height beside the accordion, so the section never feels like two competing columns.
The questions are one array of q and a strings, and the card copy, reply time, and button label are plain strings. Swap the avatar for any of the shared portraits. Five questions is the comfortable depth, past seven the column outgrows the card and sidebar-topics handles the volume better.
Reach for this block when unanswered questions are the last objection and you want to convert the askers instead of losing them. The card turns the FAQ from a dead end into a doorway, something wide-accordion-bold and numbered-list do not attempt.
