Accordion With Links opens with a heading and a short subheading, then splits into two columns. The wider left column holds a single collapsible accordion of five questions covering trials, billing, data export, security, and what happens at the end of a trial. The narrower right column is a bordered card titled "More ways to get help" that lists three resource links, each with a square icon, a bold label, and a short description. The links point to documentation, a community forum, and direct support.
The two sections are fully independent. You can swap out any accordion question and answer without touching the resource card, and vice versa. The number of accordion items and resource links can grow or shrink freely, and the card can be removed altogether if a plain accordion column suits the page better.
Reach for this block when your FAQ page needs to do double duty: answer the most common questions and point buyers toward deeper help without sending them away from the page. For an ecommerce storefront brand it is a natural fit on a support or shopping guide page where customers want instant answers on returns, shipping, and payment but may also need a link to live chat or a size guide. It outperforms a plain accordion when you have a tight set of high traffic questions alongside a small set of evergreen resources that reduce support tickets.
