Region Banner offers a visitor the site built for where they are. A bordered card row opens with a globe icon square, carries a detected location lead in semibold followed by the reason to switch in muted text, and closes on the right with a primary button to change sites beside a quiet option to stay. The lead names the place first so the visitor understands the offer before reading why it might suit them better.
The markup is static, so the banner renders as a server component with no client code out of the box. Wire the detection to your locale logic and the two buttons to the choice, then swap the copy freely: change the country, rewrite the reason, and set both actions to your routes. The bordered card surface keeps it inline, so it can sit above the page as a suggestion rather than a redirect that decides for the visitor.
Reach for this block when a visitor lands on a site that is not the closest fit for their region and you want to offer the local one without forcing it. It works well near the top of a page, where the choice is visible before the visitor commits to reading, and the stay option keeps the decision theirs. Naming what the local site adds, prices in the right currency or realistic delivery times, makes the switch read as a service rather than a nag.

The obvious fit is a switch to your country site prompt. A few other ways to use the frame:
Tip: always keep the stay option next to the switch, a suggestion the visitor can decline reads as help while an automatic redirect reads as a loss of control.
