Outcomes are one array, each with a share, a label, a bar color token, and a body. The method note under the cards ties every figure to a dated intake log and states that the split updates once a year, not whenever a nicer number would help.

Tip: "This number is the one we are working on, not the one we hide" names the landfill share as a problem in progress, which reads as more credible than a rounded zero.
