Cart With Price Drops watches prices after items land in the cart: a drop is applied automatically with the old price struck through, an unchanged item sits plainly, and one item that rose is held at the price the buyer added it for, with the hold deadline named. Each row carries a small icon and a one line note so the reason for the price is always readable at a glance.
A single column layout, the heading and reassurance sit above a divided list of line items, then a summary that totals the subtotal, the amount saved since adding, and the final total. The closing line promises the lower price if anything drops again before payment. Price watching that shows its work converts better than a bare discount.
Reach for this block when the store actually honors the prices it watches. The held price and the automatic drop must be real policy, not a display trick, or the first support ticket exposes it.

Tip: naming the hold deadline in the row is what makes the promise trustworthy, an open ended hold reads as vague and gets ignored.
