Tabbed Category Grid

About this block

Tabbed Category Grid splits one catalog across category tabs. Each tab holds four bestsellers from its shelf, counts how many pieces the full category carries, and links out to the rest. The lede counts the remainder honestly rather than implying every shelf is bottomless.

The categories are one array and the tabs are uncontrolled, defaulting to the first shelf. The count beside each label and the view all line under the grid read from the same total, so the arithmetic always agrees.

When to use

Reach for this block on a homepage or landing page that needs to preview several categories without sending anyone to a full listing yet. Four tiles per tab is the teaser, the count and the link carry shoppers deeper when a shelf earns it.
