Staff Picks Grid shows four picks from the people who repair, wax, and handle returns at Acme, each captioned with the staff member by first name and role. Ed from repairs chose the Field Pack because he sees every failure that comes through the door and this is the one he never sees. Marcus from the bench chose the $18 Wax Tin for the arithmetic: eighteen dollars turns a ten year bag into a twenty year bag. Hana from the returns desk chose the Merino Crew citing the return rate, eleven returns out of nine hundred sold. Sofia from customer email chose the Canvas Tote on eleven years of inbox with no angry email about it. The lede discloses the incentive first: everyone at Acme buys at cost.
Picks are one array. The cost price disclosure in the lede, before any opinion is given, is what the block depends on.
Reach for this block on the homepage or a dedicated staff picks page where real employee opinions can be kept current. The picks must reflect actual staff choices and the cost discount must be disclosed accurately.

One strong use is four staff members across functions with the cost buy disclosed. Other staff grids:
Tip: including a cheap item like the $18 wax tin alongside $164 bags signals the picks are genuine rather than margin driven.
