Welcome Code Explainer is a two column transparency split. The left column states the signup discount (10% off the first order) and its three plain rules as a ruled list: it works once on anything, it never expires, and it triggers at most one email a month. The right column is a bordered card holding the full dated archive of every email actually sent this year, subject and one line note per entry, with a footer band that names the annual ceiling and the unsubscribe rate. The split works because the left promises a cadence and the right proves it, dated, on the same screen.
Facts are one array, the archive a second array. The archive is the load bearing half: most stores hide what happens to the email after the discount lands, and this block publishes it instead of describing it.
Reach for this block right under the email capture section that collects the address, so the reader sees the trade and its terms in one scroll. The archive must reflect the real send log; a fabricated cadence undoes the whole point.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

One strong use is the discount plus the honest send archive. Other welcome framings:
Tip: publishing the exact unsubscribe rate (2.1% last year) turns “we respect your inbox” from a claim into a number, which is what earns the address.
