Free Adjustments Card lists three adjustments the bench does free forever on any Acme product: strap shortened (10 min), holes punched (5 min), handles wrapped (20 min), each with the detail of the work performed. Below them three policy tiles name the terms: no time limit and no receipt required (the serial from the inside label is the only ticket, secondhand owners included), the cost honest ($14 on average, paid because an adjusted bag gets carried), and the boundary (structural changes are custom work, quoted before the bench starts). The guarantee follows the product, not the buyer.
Adjustments are one array, terms a second array. The bench-minutes column makes the free promise legible by publishing what it actually costs to keep it.
Reach for this block on the repairs or care page, beside the repair service detail. The secondhand owner inclusion must be accurate; it is the line that extends the product guarantee beyond the first purchase.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

One strong use is the three adjustment types with their bench minutes. Other adjustment cards:
Tip: printing the cost to the store ($14 per adjustment) alongside the free promise turns a marketing claim into a policy with a number, which is the move that makes it believable.
