Revision Rounds lays out a feedback policy as three cards, one per round: Structure, Refinement, and Polish. Each card names the kind of feedback that belongs at that round and carries an example note in the client voice that fits it, from questioning the order of sections early to catching a stray draft caption at the end. A two panel footer covers how feedback should be sent and what happens if a fourth round is needed.
Rounds are one array of card objects and the footer is a second notes array, each with a title and description. The paired example note is the distinctive detail, showing the feedback that lands well at each stage instead of only naming the category.
Reach for this block on a services or process page where setting revision expectations up front prevents scope drift later. The installer swaps the three round definitions, the example notes, and the two footer panels to match their own policy.

Tip: the example notes do the persuading, a concrete good note teaches the client how to give feedback the round can actually use.
