Principles Process replaces a step list with three working principles in full-width cards: Constraints first, One decision at a time, and Documented tradeoffs. Each card carries the principle title, an explanatory sentence, and a named tradeoff, the first meeting is not exciting, it is administrative. That is the point. The tradeoff column is the distinctive detail, it is what separates this from a list of values on a brochure.
Principles are one array of three-column cards, the middle column holding the explanation and the right column the tradeoff behind a hairline border. Every principle names what the approach costs as clearly as what it gains.
Reach for this block when a step-by-step process does not capture how the practitioner actually works. The installer replaces the three principles and tradeoffs with their own, keeping the honest naming of what each principle costs the client.
