About this block

Recent Work Footer opens with a Latest work heading and an all projects link, then a strip of three latest project thumbnails, each a placeholder image over a title and a category. A ruled bar closes the block, carrying the copyright on the left and a compact nav plus a row of four social icons on the right.

The projects are one array of three objects, each with a title, a category, and an href. Leading with the work itself is the distinctive part: the last thing a visitor sees is a piece to click, not a wall of links.

When to use

Reach for this block as the footer of a portfolio where the projects should keep pulling attention right to the bottom of the page. The installer swaps the three project thumbnails, titles, and categories, the nav links, and the social hrefs.

A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

Before

• Work grids
• CTA section

After

• Nothing, footers close the page

What you can display

One strong use is the project thumbnail closer. Other work-forward footers:

• Case study strip. Point each thumbnail at a full case study instead of a project index entry.
• Two up layout. Drop to two larger thumbnails when the work reads better big than in a tight row of three.
• Recent shipped. Retitle the strip Recently shipped and date each piece for a practice that moves fast.

Tip: use real project thumbnails here, not decorative art; the strip only works if each image is a piece a visitor would actually want to open.
