Footer With Now opens with a now panel: a Now label and an updated date on one line, then three ruled cells reporting what the owner is building, where they are based, and what they are into off the desk. Each cell carries a small label, a value line, and a supporting detail. A compact nav and a ruled copyright bar close the block.
The now items are one array of three objects, each with a label, a value, and a detail. The living, current note is the distinctive part: it closes the page with something maintained rather than a static list of links.
Reach for this block as the footer of a personal site that a visitor might land on months apart and want a signal it is still tended. The installer swaps the three now items, the updated date, the nav links, and the name.
A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

Tip: keep the updated date honest, Updated June 2026 shows the note is current; a stale date reads worse than no date at all.
