Anchored FAQ pairs a sticky navigation rail with three always open topic sections, Scope and fit, Money, and Timelines, so a long FAQ stays navigable without a single accordion click. The rail lists each topic with a count of its questions and jumps to the matching section on click, while the answers sit in ruled stacks that read straight down. The content is candid throughout, from what the practice will not do to how delays on the client side are handled.
The three sections are one typed array of FaqTopic objects, each holding an id, a heading, and its FaqItem list. On large screens the rail sticks to the top of the viewport in a two column layout; on small screens it wraps above the answers as a row of chips. Every question and answer renders in plain ruled rows, so nothing is hidden behind an interaction.
Reach for this block on a dedicated FAQ page or a long services page where the questions cluster into a few topics and a visitor benefits from jumping straight to theirs. The installer swaps the three topic headings and their questions, keeping the per-topic counts honest so the rail sets expectations before a click.

One strong use is the scope, money, and timelines rail for a freelance designer. Other topic sets:
Tip: keep the topic count to three or four; the rail earns its space only when the list is long enough to make scrolling a chore.
