Process Faq covers the five how-it-works questions: revisions (two structured rounds per phase), how to give feedback (name the problem not the solution), handoff (organised Figma files plus a handoff doc and one week of async questions), source files (all of them on final payment), and design disagreements. The disagreement answer is the distinctive detail: I will implement your call and note my concerns in writing, the honest acknowledgment that the client owns the decision.
Questions are one flat array. The handoff answer lists every deliverable by name so there are no surprises at the end of the engagement.
Reach for this block on a services or how-it-works page to set expectations before the project begins. The installer swaps the specific tools (Figma, Notion) and revision counts for their actual process.

Tip: listing every handoff deliverable by name removes the "will I get the source files?" anxiety that stalls sign-off.
