Availability Faq leads with the real next opening ("August 2026") stated inline in the lede so visitors know where they stand before reading anything else. The five questions cover lead time, how far in advance to reach out (four to six weeks for most projects), rush work (30% premium, honest note about whether the timeline is realistic), the waiting list, and what happens when a start date slips. The rush surcharge is the distinctive detail: a specific percentage and an honest caveat rather than a vague "it depends."
The next opening is a const at the top of the file so the installer changes it in one place and it updates in both the lede and the first accordion answer.
