Starting Rate CTA puts the money question in the open: a heading, "Straight answers about budget", a plain spoken lede, and a primary action, "Request a quote", on the left, with a bordered rate card on the right stating the starting price, the engagement it buys, and a checked list of what every project includes.
The includes array drives the checked list under the price. Naming the starting number rather than hiding it behind a form is the distinctive choice; a visitor who can see they are in range writes with far less hesitation.
