Engagement Paths CTA lets the visitor self-select how to work with you: a centred heading, "Three ways to work with me", a lede acknowledging that different projects need different shapes of help, then three bordered cards. Each names an engagement, full product design, a design sprint, or advisory, with a short scope note, a terms line, and its own outline button.
The paths array drives the three cards. Giving each option its own action is the distinctive choice; a visitor who already knows their shape can act without scrolling back to a single generic button.
Reach for this block on a services or hire me page for a practitioner who genuinely offers more than one mode of work. The installer swaps the three cards for their own offers, keeping the title, detail, terms, and action structure.

Tip: keep the cards to three; more than that turns a clear choice into a menu, and the terms line under each is what stops every visitor defaulting to the cheapest option.
