Research Insights Case opens with a four-cell strip of study figures, twelve moderated interviews, three field visits, 214 survey responses, and a five week window, then stacks three numbered insights. Each insight names a finding, backs it with a participant quote, and states the concrete design response it produced. It is the evidence-before-opinion block, so nothing gets asserted without a source sitting next to it.
The method figures are one array and the insights a second, so a row is a number, a finding, a detail paragraph, a quote with attribution, and the response. Pairing every claim with a real participant voice is the distinctive move; it reads as research that changed the design rather than research that decorated it.
Reach for this block early in a case study, right after the problem framing and before the solution walkthrough, when a reader needs to trust that the design decisions came from users rather than opinion. The installer swaps the method figures, findings, quotes, and responses for their own study.

Tip: keep the quote and the response tightly matched; a finding that names no change made reads as a note you took, not a decision you owned.
