Iteration Rounds Case tracks one screen through three columns, each a usability round with a version frame, what testing showed, and a ruled list of the changes made before the next round. The rounds carry their week and session count, so a reader watches the upgrade screen move from two of six testers finding the comparison to all five completing the flow unaided. It is the design-under-pressure block, showing the work between versions rather than only the finished result.
The rounds are a single array, so a column is a tag, a meta line, a verdict, and a list of changes, with a Placeholder standing in for each version frame. Carrying the same screen across all three columns is the distinctive move; it reads as evidence that testing drove the design, not a gallery of unrelated mockups.
Reach for this block in the middle of a case study, after the challenge and before the results, when the story is about how a design earned its final form through testing. The installer swaps the version frames, verdicts, and change lists for the rounds their own screen went through.

Tip: keep the same screen in every frame; swapping subjects between columns breaks the one thread that makes an iteration story convincing.
