Milestone Unlocks turns the signup count into a shared goal. A progress bar tracks the list toward its next threshold, framed by the current total and how many signups remain, and a grid of cards lists the milestones, each unlocking a real feature for everyone waiting. Cards carry a shipped, next up, or locked state so the progress reads at a glance.
The milestones are one array with a state flag driving the badge and card treatment. The mechanic gives every member a reason to share, since one more signup moves the whole list toward the next unlock, which is a cheaper growth loop than a referral leaderboard.
