Early Access Tiers monetizes impatience honestly. Two cards, the free waitlist with its real mechanics, weekly admissions, capped referrals, the current median wait, and the paid founding seat that skips the queue with the fee credited against year one. The lede holds the ethical line, both doors open the same product, patience stays free.
The doors are one array. The credited in full term is what makes the paid door fair rather than extractive, the fee is a deposit, not a toll. The free door terms must match the live waitlist stats.
Reach for this block on waitlist sites with real demand pressure, it funds the beta from the people who value time over money without disadvantaging anyone who waits. Only ship it when the queue genuinely moves, a paid skip on a stalled list is the worst version of this pattern.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Tip: credit the fee against the product, a skip fee that vanishes is a toll, one that converts to credit is commitment.
