Newsletter Topic Picker puts the choice before the ask. A centered heading and promise line sit above a grid of selectable topic tiles, each a checkbox with a name and a one line description, followed by a labeled email field and a subscribe button. The reader tells you what they want before they hand over an address.
The topics are one array of objects with a name, a description, and a default checked flag, and the tiles restyle themselves through the checked state so a picked topic reads as chosen. The form is the ui Input and Button pair. Keep the topic list short and the descriptions concrete so the grid stays scannable in one pass.
Reach for this block when your list covers more than one subject and readers self select what lands in their inbox. It sets expectations where newsletter-inline-band only collects an address, which suits publications with distinct tracks a single reader rarely wants all of.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is a multi track publication letting readers opt into subjects. Other pickers:
Tip: default check the one or two topics most readers want so a skimmer who never touches the grid still gets your best work.
