About this block

Store Services Matrix lays every location out as a column and every in store service as a row, so the right store for a specific errand is one glance. Repairs, monogramming, click and collect, the seconds shelf, each cell a check, a dash, or a short note like Saturdays when the answer is not a clean yes or no.

Stores and services are two arrays and each cell is a boolean or a string, so a partial answer reads honestly instead of forcing a false yes. The footnote carries the service every store shares, keeping that row out of the grid.

When to use

Reach for this block when locations share stock but not floor space and a few services live in some stores and not others. The matrix stops a wasted trip for an errand the nearest branch cannot handle.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Store list cards naming each location

After

• Visit planner
• Repair service

What you can display

One strong use is services by store. Other matrices:

• Stockist ranges. Which partners carry which lines, by column.
• Membership perks. What each tier unlocks, checks and notes down the grid.
• Format coverage. Which locations offer fittings, workshops, or collection.

Tip: let a cell say Saturdays or by appointment, a string beats a check when the honest answer has a condition attached.
