Discount Bands lays out the three bands a flaw can land in, each shown as a card with its fixed markdown, the flaw words that put a piece there, and one example listing. The header states the rule the cards prove: the inspector who names the flaw assigns the band, and the markdown is fixed, never negotiated up for a slow week.
Bands are one array of three. The footer note repeats that the band is printed on every listing beside the flaw word, so a buyer can check the arithmetic, and the guarantee is identical across all three.
Reach for this block right after the seconds grid, where a shopper has just seen the markdowns and wants to know how each one was set. The three bands must match the discount tiers used across the live seconds inventory.

Tip: a fixed markdown per band is the whole promise; the moment a discount looks negotiated, the full price list stops meaning anything.
