About this block

Event RSVP Form is a two column split: the clinic facts and the honest reason the RSVP exists on the left, a short labeled form on the right. The left column runs date, hours, place, and price as ruled rows, then explains that the RSVP is planning, not a gate: turning up without one works, you just might queue behind the people who filled it in. The form asks name, email, how many things you are bringing to the bench, a morning or afternoon slot, and a single opt in for the next clinic date.

The facts array drives the ruled rows on the left. The count of bags is real planning, not curiosity, because the last clinic ran out of slider stock by 2pm when everyone quietly brought two.

When to use

Reach for this block on a clinic or workshop signup page, often right after the open day schedule. The slot options must match the real half day windows, a picker offering times the bench does not run turns a helpful RSVP into a broken promise.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Know before you go

After

• Event recap gallery
• FAQ sections

What you can display

One strong use is the free care clinic RSVP. Other signup forms:

• Paid class booking. Same layout with a price row and a materials note added to the facts.
• Fitting appointment. Slot picker narrowed to individual times rather than half days.
• Launch guest list. Name and email only, the bags field swapped for a plus one count.

Tip: naming why the RSVP exists, so the right stock gets cut, earns more completions than a required field ever would, because it reads as help rather than a hurdle.
