Guarantee Transfer makes the case that a secondhand bag keeps its warranty, pairing three numbered promises with a serial registration card. The promises state that the guarantee transfers with the serial rather than the receipt, that the full bench history comes attached, and that a registered bag keeps its spot on the still in service page, a nine year Weekender counted through two owners.
The card takes a serial and an email, and on submit reveals the transferred record: serial 2017-0893, a Weekender in Coal, the guarantee moved active with three bench repairs on file and the new owner logged as the second. The promises are one array and the revealed record a second, the reveal held in a single piece of client state.
Reach for this block on a resale or secondhand page, wherever removing the risk of a private purchase is what closes it. The transfer flow must write to a real serial record; the revealed example is preview state only.

Tip: showing the record move to the new owner on submit, not just promising it will, is what makes a secondhand purchase feel as covered as a new one.
