Press Inquiry pairs a form with a checklist of what to send, laid out in two columns. The left column holds the heading, a lede, and a ruled list of four things to include, outlet and section, deadline, angle, and format, plus an email fallback line for anyone who would rather write directly. The right column is a card with a labeled form: name and outlet, work email, deadline, and a request textarea, each field carrying a helper line rather than a placeholder.
The checklist is one array, and the form fields mirror it item for item. Putting the checklist beside the form is the distinctive choice: it tells a journalist what a complete message looks like before they start typing, so the studio can answer in one reply instead of a thread of follow up questions.
Reach for this block on a press page as the point of contact for working journalists. The checklist and the labeled fields together turn a vague request into a briefed one. The installer wires the form to their handler, updates the press email, and edits the four checklist items to match what they actually need to answer a request.

Tip: keep the checklist and the form in step; if you add a field, add the matching line to the checklist so nothing gets left out of the first message.
